Need FLASH Header to be Fully Customized

    I need someone to create flash slide-shows for the header in my site. The effects should be done just the same way-and-look as it is in the site now: www. panamashippingregistry .com (You can see the 3 flash-banners now AIR, LAND, WATER - that's what we need to customize).

    I'll provide you different pictures for each section which should be slideshowed in a nice way, the effects for each banner should be connected to each other to look nice.
