Hello all, I am looking for someone to design an animated flash header that depicts the following scene.... A beach with sunbathers laying on the sand, the sun shining bright on everyone except for 2-3 sun bathers there are dark/black clouds hovering over them and rain is dropping on them only. Let me know your price and give me an idea of what it might look like. I will need to see atleast 2 other flash banners you've made. Thanks!
