I am starting a design company and I can do everything (css, html, photoshop) apart from flash, so I need multiple flash designers to be on call so that if I ever need a flash designer they will be able to do it for me. Each design we do we charge about 699-899(aud) and you will probably get a 15-30% cut depending on the job. Usually it will only be a banner required. Please PM me your portfolio if youre interested.
