Hi Everyone, Im looking for someone who can create a site for me with Drupal, Joomla or any other CMS Management script. The situation now is that i have a bunch of files which im offering to users via a script which is displaying all files and folders in a directory. Ive heavily customised this script but it has reached the end of it's life with my new ideas. What i need now is a system where a user registers and logs in to the site. They are then able to see all the files which are on the site, but when they try to download it they need "credit" to do this. People will be able to get credit by filling out surveys provided by a CPA site(They have a tool which will automatically credit users with a postback script). People must also be able to get credits by uploading files which must first be validated by a moderator/admin, this also needs a status page where people can see the status of their "application". The files must be pulled from the directory so i dont have to manually add all the files as there are about 3,500 of them. I dont mind if you write a module yourself or find something you can hack, however it must be able to do what i request. I do not need it to be themed as i can do this myself or have someone else do it at a later date. My budget is high $XX to low $XXX. Let me know if your interested!
