need FILE HOSTING script

hi,

i know there are lots of scripts (free) on teh net related to the same theme (file hosting)

So,, I tried a few ;
faupload
xtraupload
minifile

and few more, but not a single worked good, one or other had flaws and if something good, it was messed (lots of features that im not looking for)

I wanna request someone to give me/link me with some simple script
such as speedyshare.com, I just love it, it has everything I want (simple index page, options to browse more than 1 files and then a progress bar)
Thats all im looking for the uploading
rest all well managed download page, where i could place advertisments

Other features am intressted in :
- URL / FLASH Uploading option
- Only Admin Allowed to creat accounts, so users can upload files (upoloading not open to everyone, unless ID created by teh Admin)
- Option to remove files (for users, as well the admin)
- Files with no download in last 30 gets auto-removed
- Option to set max file size & formats I want
- Wait time on download page
- A light temp, with less images

minifile works good if you modify it a bit =) thats what im running on Upload4Free
