    forget cirtex, apthost, crayonhost.. i tried them all, guess what.. they suck.

    go for imageleet.com
    1> fast servers, no overselling on SHARED HOSTING
    also when other users abuse CPU and server they get blocked (like me today haha.. - switch to VPS or dedicated)
