need feedback on my first page

    i need some feedback on my first ever designed web page,

    I have not come around to fixing the bugs for IE users(sorry) so it only looks at its best in FF.

    this is my first design, and im fully open to criticism.

    if someone has advice on fixing IE bugs, I would openly accept those too :)

    not too bad of a design.. i kind of like it. The text on the navigation is overlapping for me though :(

    Slice it into 2 parts: One containing the logo text and the other containing the background. Resize the width of the 2nd part to 1 and use it as background for the part wher the logo text is not needed.

    Do same for hover backgrounds of links in the header

    Just checked it out in FF3. Site looks pretty good, the only problem I found is the "My Favorite Websites" sections runs over the sidebar image

    Just a few problems I see: HTML and CSS are not valid.
    The nav bar has hover colours which to be honest look ugly
