    hi,
    Before buying any account make sure you check the speed. I have checked many here they have download speed from 80Kbps to 200 kbps. That means they are already overloaded. You need atleast a speed of 500kbps for proxies to give an impression of fast proxy site to your visitors.

    Well, we offer live phproxy speed test. Feel free to try anytime :)

    BTW, proxy page download speeds are not like normal static file downloads.

    - time taken to fetch the webpage (depends upon that site's speeds too).
    - processing time for the fetched page.
    - delivery of the final proxified page.

    Of course, the load on the proxy server also matters.
