Buying Need Extra Money? Sell Me Your High Traffic Site!

Howdy All!

In the interest of not wasting your time, I'll list the requirements I'm looking for:

• Site must currently receive over 1000 unique visitors per day
• You MUST be able to confirm that you own the domain and content of said site. User generated content is fine as well.
• NO Proxies, Imagehosts, Warez, or Torrent Sites. Adult content sites will be considered on a case by case basis
• Site must be at least 6 months old
• Traffic can not come solely from banner ads on other sites. It must have some sort of organic traffic. SERPs, type in traffic, natural links, etc.
• You must be willing to accept PayPal for payment. PayPal is the safest way for both buyer and seller IMO and the only method I will pay by. If you are not comfortable with PayPal payments for any reason, do not respond.
• Google analytics is not a must, but is greatly appreciated.
• Any claims of traffic and/or revenue must be substantiated.

I realize this may be a restrictive list, but like I said, I don't want to waste your time and would appreciate the same courtesy.

DO NOT ask what my "budget" is. You will receive a terse response. It is a huge pet peeve of mine. Why? Because "What is your budget" really translates to "How much can I milk this guy for?". If the site is right, we'll negotiate a price that is agreeable to both parties. I have purchased sites for upwards of $50,000. Those are VERY rare transactions, because the vast majority of sites for sale are not of the quality to warrant such a price. The majority of sites I purchase are between $500 and $10,000. If you think your site is worth more: Great! I want to see it. If you're not sure, that's fine. I've bought and sold enough websites to know what I'm willing to pay, and my "budget" does not play into valuations one bit.
