Need extra help with SEO and dir links and recip links

Hi,
recently revamped a whole site - complete restart from scratch, everything going decent and PR creeped to PR2

There's only so many directories I can submit to a day , so many articles, and looking for high PR links over 6

Would like help to get it rolling faster. Need more traffic and better SERPS

Give me your price - I'd like to get a few people on this for a few months at least.

I'm lookin for extra help with directory submission, reciprocal links to print-related but not competition.

Dont need help with meta-content, keywords, titles/ description/ page optimization. All that stuff been done, and changes on the fly as popularity changes.
