I charge $70/minute of footage, and that includes hiring a professional voice-actor, scriptwriting, and putting the whole thing together into one KICK-ASS video.

Have you checked out "Mr. Explainer" on Fiverr? You can get decent quality explainer gigs for as low as $40!
