I am totally agreed with IsaaCS. @ lilianchen: I think you need to raise your monthly payment in order to hire a good designer for you.
Same. It'l be hard to find someone who's willing to agree on $100 - $150 a month. People charge these days around $50 a page. So 1-10 page designs would cost roughly around $50-$500. Good luck though. If this was to be 50-500, i'd be interested.
yes maybe for some great designer fee from me may be very little .... but I am also breathing a freelancer designer .... I almost never get the orders in a month because too many designers this sort of thing still in need it if you've never received an order ... I see because a lot of great designers here ..
