Need expert ROR/PHP Developer to create new web application

    I want to start my new project. I want really good developer, who is full time or at least part time available from mon-friday.

    I am still thinking of 2 options, either ROR or PHP to create my new application.

    If you are good and experienced developer and able to finish project at maximum speed send me PM with your gtalk/skype

    I am looking for real expert. this application is more extensive, I prefer Philippines, European or American developer.
