    Hello everyone,
I have recently started blogging at http://smartphonesandroid.org, I am getting negative feedback regarding the domain name(Google's latest EMD update) and the niche(over saturated & high competition), I am free to switch the domain name also, but this has really confused me. Please help me.
    Also, suggest me DO's & DON'Ts.

Don't switch your domain. At this time, it would be a complete overreaction as a Panda update happened at the same time and this is what most of the sites were hit by, rather than the EMD update.

At least you understand that for this niche the competition is insanely high, ridiculous amounts of sites out there.

I can see straightaway a lot of on page problems. You need to read about every update since Panda to understand what you're doing wrong (such as ads "above the fold", duplicate content, senseless stuffing of keyword in meta tags and also the blog post tags, and much more).

I haven't looked at your backlinks, but you best do an audit and see in which ways you've violated Google's Webmaster Guidelines (essentially, almost any inorganic link). (All their updates are doing is enforcing the guidelines.)

Wait it out first. If you have lots of content or plan on getting more, frequent content published than it might be smart to keep it. EMD isn't completely useless now, it's just a bump in the road.
