Need Expert Opinion. Which Adsense Placement and Design is Better?

I need experts' opinions. I've come up with 3 different adsense designs. It's the ad unit on the upper top right.

    A. Black text behind a white box with rounded corners

    B. Black text blended in with same background color

    C. Black text text blended in with same backgroud color with but with border.

Which one do you you think would provide better click-through rates?

My vote is with A. But, neither three are good. Ads off to the side, never perform.

only the B banner is doing good, the right ads is awful, put your ads in or below the content is the best.

Right ads are not good - agree. Put them into content as a square below title of article.

About A, B or C. As for me - B is the best, but A is also ok. I would implement them both and change once each several days to avoid blindness.

And I think that that wide green line below menu is a perfect place form links block.

From those three I would agree with B, but your ctr would be much higher when you put it somewhere in the content. Maybe directly under the headline.

I vote for b too. But the question is: should the ad be under the content or above the content?

    1. Swap the left and right columns.
    2. Use two 160x600 skyscapers to build a 160x1200 skyscraper.
    3. Embed a 336x280 box into the upper middle of the content.
    4. I'm color-blind. You're on your own.

Option B. Blended background, same color text, no borders - works wonders ;)

The ads in A in the header seem to intergrate and blend well; in B the right column ads would perform better as 160*600 IMO = not a matter of A, B, or C but a good combo ... just my .02
