Buying Need Expert html5 programmer for meme generator

    I own recaption.com

    The meme generator it contains: http://recaption.com/make/740/

    is buggy, especially for images that have lesser height than the rest of the memes. On the preview page the text looks good but when you generate it..the text is cut off like as you see here: http://recaption.com/brace-yourselves-x-is-coming/9193/

    And in some instances, the text is not aligned properly on create as well. I either want to fix the current one which is NOT in html5 but rather php/ajax/javascript or recreate the meme maker in html5.
