Need expert designer for header $30

    I need a header done for my forum, I'm not looking for some $5 text effect crap, I want a nicely designed header possibly with a logo.

    My budget is $30

    Please PM me you're portfolio or atleast 3 other headers you've done in the past and you're MSN or aim
