I need professional coder & programmer. You will need to be able to help me set up my sites (from full PSD to live site) and also custom script features for my sites. Tasks will also include server set up, making sure the site is secure, installing google analytics and other tasks. He wants an expert coder / programmer but he wants you to work almost for free. Don't even bother working with this guy for the following reasons: 1. Check his iTrader. 2. Check his visitor comments. 3. He asked me to do: Now, considering the fact that the above is quite a list with demands, I asked him about the budget, and he replied: Really, all that php / psd->html work for LESS than $15. Saying less because he said "the others said $15" so he expects me to make it for less. Well mate, good luck with that. Not even an indian would get this done for this amount of money. And finally, you request an expert do to this for $15.

I am indian and yes I could do all that for $250 approx...however depends on design complexity so might be more So please guys don't in impression that all the Indians are offering cheap rates. Only newbies may be offer less but that $15 I am sure it is joke!!! Keep trying domainsam and good luck to you!
I had an similar problem couple months ago with some wanting me to do a lot of stuff for only $20. Insane, they think we do 2-3 days of work for only that.
@edduvs anyways mate I suggest you to report to digital point ... otherwise they could banned you. I remember once I did same for client who took all of my work and later he never paid me at and again I saw him posting for work ... its really frustrating when you do all the work and you are not even get penny out of it
