I'm looking to have a sliding banner created. It has already been designed - but we're just not able to get it to function correctly. Whoever can help i will pay well to get this working. We need it to work exactly the same as the banner on www.economist.com Load their page and wait for 10 seconds - you will then see the red banner appear in the bottom left corner. If you are able to do this please get in touch as we are looking to get it up and running quickly. Thanks
