    hi guys
I use WORDPRESS not for blogs, but for making websites.

Should i always use PAGES or should i use posts? when making subpages for my site?

I have not found a good answer yet? Not sure what the difference is? EXPERTS?

Normally you use pages for things that aren't going to change frequently, e.g. Product pages, About, Contact, and so on. Posts are generally for updated content e.g. Articles, Blog posts, Newsletters and so on.

It's going to depend on your layout (theme) and what displays where and how. Some themes are set to display recent posts in featured area where you may want to display business information instead. In that case use the posts and set them as sticky so that they don't move from where they are and subsequent posts will follow in after them.

There is no exact right or wrong answer. It depends on your layout and what you want or need to do with your content.

    Static content goes into PAGES.
If you are selling some products-> Pages
If you need extensive customization for a few and particular pages, yes, again PAGES.
... And I second hamnsfield's comment. It's right on the dot.

Hi, If your looking to sell products/services you can set your reading settings to static pages and separate your pages and posts. If your looking to blog you can use the default settings. I hope this helps.
