I am looking for someone to build a twitter app. Programmer needs to be well versed in twitter's API as users will need to log into my site and do things like update their status and more (ideally someone that has worked on twitter apps before) and also needs to be skilled at web design as I am looking for a web 2.0 appearance. I'd rather not discuss the budget here as offering too high or too low a budget does more harm than good. I can guarantee that budget is enough. Programmer needs to understand English fluently as I do not want to have to struggle to explain the idea and also be willing to stay on the project and continue to tweek the site.
