    Hey i am interested in this although i havent exactly wrote tutorials before ut have had a great response with my article writing (as you can see from my itrader) and i am very familar with photoshop and believe i could help you.

    I work with Photoshop professionally but have not written tutorials specifically for this before (there was one deal but that seems to have fallen through). Let me know if you'd still consider. :)
