I am looking for link builders for a long term partnership. I want to work only with experts in the link building business. Please do not respond to this if you have not a minimum of 2 years in link building experience. I am NOT looking for articles , social bookmarks or web-catalogues. I am looking for thematic relevant link only and wan tto have somebody that will work for me. This is not a fulltime job! it will be based on success. This is what I would like you to do : -Research the online market place related to our product/services or subject area -Create a list of target sites that are suitable link partners -Contact the web site on my behalf via email or online form to request a link -Send you regular reports showing the number of links achieved with Page rank, anchor Text and price Here are the conditions for all Links: -All backlinks shall from English language Domains (Com, net, org, edu, etc] that are hosted in the US i.e. that are located on a server in the USA, GB, Canada, Australian etc -No Links from Domains that are Hosted on Servers in China, India, Philippines , etc. --> I have no problems with these countries.. but Google has -The Pages have to have pagerank.. the higher the better,, but even pagerank 1 is ok ... as long as they have any page rank. -The domains need to be at least 12 months years old, the older the better. -I have to approve the website before you set the link. - All links shall be from different IP Addresses only -Everything has to be done manually , no automated systems. -No spam sites. Only quality websites sites. -The Sites have to have good neighborhood, there should not be any links or on them that point to pages that have gambling/poker, Viagra or Sex relations or anything like that. -Adequate randomization in the anchor text and associated link description, so as to not have a set sequence of linking. -JavaScript links and framed websites shall not be considered for link exchange. -Robots.txt excluded link pages and flash website links are not sourced. -Adherence to search engines mandate to obtain links from web pages with no more that 10 links outbound links or Domains that have no more than 50 outgoing links -Links shall not be from websites that have "No follow" clause. -Links shall be collected from indexed web pages only - Google Index. -Links to the website shall not be through redirect script. Targeted keyword shall be in the anchor text/link text. -Only Links count that will last and not be deleted after a few months -Page Rank is not the most important factor..
