Need experienced HTML/CSS editor! URGENT!!! $$ - 2 MINUTES JOB

I'm looking for an experienced HTML/CSS editor to do some editing to my template and upload it to my website.
This is really urgent I'm looking for someone who can do the work in 10 minutes maximum (it'll only take you 2 minutes if you are a expert)

What i want you to do is,insert the following elements into my template (by replacing current HTML lines):

#site_heading
Content replaced with the site heading
<h1 id="site_heading"></h1>

#site_subheading
Content replaced with the site subheading
<h2 id="site_subheading"></h2>

#location_0.location
Content replaced with page components
<div id="location_0" class="location"></div>

#primary_navigation
Content replaced with navigation (UL>LI>A)
<div id="primary_navigation"></div>

#copyright
Content replaced with copyright text
<div id="copyright"></div>

After the template is edited,i want you to .ZIP the file and upload it and the CSS files to my website.

I will pay $8 for this job,i want this job done in under 10 minutes.
Please understand that this is really urgent and if you don't get the work done in time,payment will be cut down to $5
