I need an experienced and talented web designer that doesn't charge a lot of money (if such a person is out there). This is for several mid-size and one large-scale online project. Please have a portfolio of web design with YOUR OWN WORK! Most work will be creating/editing PSD. Unfortunately, I cannot work with a beginner on this, because all the design I need at this time must LOOK REALLY AWESOME and professional, no "mediocre" or "average".
