Need Excel Tip for Keyword Segmenting.

I've got this one master list for a niche I'm in but I want to segment it further.

I want to use excel to go through the list and grab (or sort by) every keyphrase that has, for example, the word diet in it.

Even if it's not the first word in the keyphrase.

Anyone have any idea how to do that?

Unless your keyword list has thousands of keywords, it should be easy enough to do this manually. First sort it alphabetically, then cut and paste all keywords that begin with 'diet' Then use the search tool to manually find each remaining phrase that includes 'diet'.

By doing something like this manually, it helps you remember all the main keywords. As you manually separate the keywords, you could also be looking for common trends.
