Need Excel Expert For Quick Job

I have a spreadsheet I need working on.

In column 1 there needs to be a product code for each item. Some entries already have product codes that consist of a letter followed by 4 random digits (such as T5467). However some products only have a letter indicator (such as T).

I need somebody to add 4 random digits to all the single letter entries so that each one is in the same format.

Each code needs to be different, no 2 codes can be alike!!
