We own a hosting company and we are interest to find people that can bring sales in the company . We need them to be good in hosting biz.

We can pay per sale ,comission or per month.

What percentage will you give? can you explain it

 

I assume that better to sin up for the one or several affiliate networks and I assume that will bring you more profit then hiring stuff
