Need emergency paypal help!!

    i come across something weird today, that i cant to do transactions with my paypal account. it showing something error msg that i hav been screenshot that. im a verified user, i already entered 4digit expuse no few months ago, but suddenly this thing i happened now. anyone can help me?

    i think only paypal can help you resolve this issue.... and no one can.... so contant paypal as soon as possible...

    I have encounter this problem before.
    I urge you to phone PP and ask them to settle your problem ASAP
    My problem is solve within 20 hour after i called PP
