Im hoping someone here can help me get going in email marketing, I have a list of double opt in's from my website, I want to send either weekly or monthly newsletters.

I tried sending out once through 1and1.com and got shut down for spam, even though they are double opt in. I don't want to have to re-approve them all if I use Aweber and its too expensive

Im looking for recommendations in the following areas
    - SMTP providers that I can upload a list to or use a mass mailer
    - A script I can run on my Windows VPS that will do mass emails
    - An email service that isnt too expensive for sending 40,000+ emails

Also anyone know of a good resource to buy more email leads, wouldnt mind getting my list to 100,000

What would happen if I bought a cheap domain on a cheap host and forwarded it so that I could email through them whats the negative?

    Thanks in advance

I advice you to rent a dedicated server that will solve all your problems that's what I do. I wonder how big your opt list is ?

Excuse my ignorance, but wouldnt a VPS work just the same?

Any suggestions on software to run that can handle a larger list? would love something that tracked opens/clicks

Vps will also do for a while.. Believe me I had suffered lots of problems with vps's that's why I moved on to dedicated server to control all the server is much more better :)

There is a tracking software for e-mail marketing wait a bit I forgot the name of the software.
