[NEED] Easy PHP Job

    Hello,

    I'm looking to add a little "quiz" to a static php page that has the following:

    10 Questions - Each with a "Yes" radio button and "No" radio button.

    "Quiz" checks to make sure each question has either "Yes" or "No" selected. (No questions left unanswered.)

    Adds up each "Yes" answer.

    Displays number it just calculated (# of "Yes's") to visitor.

    Coded in a table format that would allow a graphic designer to add some flare at a later time.


    PM approximate cost and when you can have it done.
