Need dropdown menu added to navigation

I need a dropdown navigation added to my current website that has just been coded. Someone with experience who can get it done asap and who has msn.

I need the drop down menu looking like this

(Note that drop down menu should go off Business not Environment)

I need the drop down menu for Business, Education and Youth. It should look exactly as it does in the image (i will send psd). The dropdown menu should come out when the user hovers over it not when its clicked.

Budget is $30. Need it done asap so message me with a price and your msn and ill contact you asap. Ill be online for a while.

I need the link that it drops off from to stay white when the dropdown menu is open.
