Need drop down menu created - Paying job.

    Here is the drop down menu I need created.

    Just need the drop down menu, not the state image map.

    I need it created without javascript or php.
    I need each state to link to a new page on my server.
    If you can create this for me I will pay you.

    Please respond to this thread with price and time frame.

    Do you know what the filenames will be? It will require either JS or PHP.
