Need Dreamhost SSH by WinSCP help

    Can anyone help me configure WinSCP to connect to Dreamhost so I can use SSH?

    I just do not understand what it is asking me to do in the wiki.

    I need to set up my own php.ini file.

    no it is shared. they allow you to set up your own php.ini using SSH commands but they do not offer any support for it.
