Please visit www.planetyankees.com There was a site up that was working fine. But when I had my host move a site into my account it was messed up after the transfer of the other site was completed. I asked my host if they could identify what the problem was and they said they don't support code problems and closed the chat. I have advertisers on the site getting mad about it being down, please tell me what needs to be done to get it back up.
They messed something up when they added the extra site. Call them on the phone and demand tech support look into it
If you didn't change anything on the site and they moved your new site into your account for you, it seems pretty bogus that they won't help you figure out what the problem is, and if the site was working fine and you didn't change the code it's clearly not a code problem. If I were you I'd keep trying to get their support people to help out, and in the mean time I'd try to find someone who was good with code/hosting to help figure out the problem. Do you know anyone like that who owes you a favor? Another option is switching hosting companies and getting someone to help you migrate the site to the new account. I'll be a company like Dotster would help you do this since they do web design work in house, but it's definitely going to cost you.
I called the host and now it is working, it isn't working on my computer yet (don't know why) but I checked in several proxies and it is working now.
