    I would say it is worth reg fee - low $xx - Why would anybody be searching for "aclespa" or type this into their browser?

    This could actually be a company name, in which case there might be trademark issues and they would have the right to take it from you.

    Who do you see buying or using this domain? I don't see any value in it personally.

    yea its worth reg fee.. Unless its not a trademark.. u cant feel free about the domain as well..

    What is the appraised value and where is the appraisal from? This can mean all the difference, but I would think you should probably accept it.
