Need dog websites designed

I need two website designed. Well one, with the other basically being a clone with a different logo/colours.

I am looking at starting few dog resource sites (breed specific)

the design would have to be:

Professional design

very clean and easy to navigate.

run on a CMS (wordpress would be best)
