    google - "dofollow search engines" - when that pops up - choose a DF SE and then you can search for health/beauty/wellness blogs or forums.

    My blogs are not really health-related, even though I have some reflections on fast food, constipation problem etc. Both are dofollow blogs, you are welcome to leave comments.
