Need Directory Programer ASAP

Here is the description:

Please send appropriate quotes including cost and time frame. I need a programmer ASAP, but cost is also a factor.

EDIT: If you plan on modifying an existing directory script you have the rights to use, that is okay, but let us know in your quote.

 

I know it is a bit to read, but basically it is just a directory with custom fields were the admin has to approve each of the submission manually.
