Buying Need Developer - Wordpress

Hello,

Well, here's my requirement.

I have small project, were I need like few small websites, with same niche.
One of my client need personal profile website for their clients.

Something like this one - http://scrils.com/demos/Hopa/

Like personal for that person, were we can put that clients info etc.

I need simple WordPress website. each site need different theme, but same niche. You can find out single page website, like that sample I've mentioned above.

I want you to put the site in WP, make site live and do the changes as required.

If you have themes or you wanna create a website, either way, i'm good. I just need live website. If you can provide domain and hosting too, that's plus point.

So, if you understand my requirement. Let me know, how much do you charge for complete website. Including web-hosting and domain, or just only for website.
