Need Developer familiar with WP for Small-Medium Project. Not plugin

    I would like a login gateway that uses wordpress's database and con-config.php to login to a private area, that area would use cookies, securely, to make sure access is valid.

    For example:
    Need login page
    Some index.php page that access is gained to.

    Willing to pay please private message me with fair quote
