Buying Need designer to customize wordpress templates

    I have recently come into a decent amount of web design leads. What I'm interested in doing is hiring a designer to customize wordpress templates for each lead that turns into a sale (my team handles this, I only need someone to do the design and related coding).

    I have access to quite a few premium themes (most of the Woo Themes and Studio Press collections, a few from Theme Forest as well) and you will be responsible for taking a theme and modifying it to the customers requests. This means changing colors, backgrounds, logos, essentially creating a unique site for them.

    I want to pay on a per site basis. ONLY LEGIT DESIGNERS NEED APPLY. Must be fluent in English and able to create full designs (including any necessary coding).

    If you're interested, send me your portfolio and what you would generally charge ($) per website. This will turn into long term work for the right person.
