Need Designer to complete half finished job

    I have a site we have to code. I have PDFs and JPGs. I also have some PSD files but they are not very good ie not layered properly etc.

    Some of the work has been done but i need a designer to finish it off ready for a developer to add a CMS. I have been let down on this so need some reliable who is willing to work on it over the next few days and weekends if needed. We have a deadline to meet. I also do not have a big budget for it but it could lead to much more work.
