    what needed ?
    •have a nice portfolio. ability to design part of the site.
    •connected to gtalk(MY FAVORITE) or msg ( or others) . must !
    •price range for design max 45 ( psd only )
    •advantage to: ability to code validates with the W3C standards.Compatibility:IE6-8、Firefox 、Opera.
