Need Designer for small widget, name your price (large budget)

I need someone to design the look of a small widget, similar in many ways (size and layout) to the Blogrush or scratchback widget.
I have the basic layout mostly figured out, I just need someone to make it look good. (rounded corners etc..)

I will probably buy from several people to get different designs, and have a fairly decent budget so PM me your prices and portfolio, and I'l send you the details.
