Buying Need designer for prestashop.

    I need a designer for a prestashop 1.4.8.2 template,
    I need it to be exactly like this site: cristallini.ro (layout), banner, footer..etc.. identical except i want it to be white and wedding dress related.
    I need it to be fully functional, home, product page, cms, everything, so I need coding too.
