Need Designer For Header + Tasks On New Website - $20

    what I need done:

    1) Need excellent header, I like the idea of having a cartoon type people that are doing some idea of "partying"

    2) Need slides to put in the top, from istock, I am prepared to pay for the images.

    3) from my old site, I need better images, so find ones on istock and I would like to buy those.
