Need designer /coder for css / xhtml redesign of html website

    I'm looking to hire someone to redesign this website: Julio Lugo Foundation

    It's currently based on a simple, free css / html template. I need someone to redesign the whole thing, while keeping the content.

    The candidate would have at least 20 itrader, and something to show as far as designing skills.
