Buying Need Designer and Programmer for quick, easy job! Paying PayPal

I have a quick job for a designer and programmer. Needs to be completed asap.

Quick run down on what I need..

I have about 4 small images that need to be comined into one image.. You will know what I mean when i send you details. This needs to then be changed on my index. You will need to edit the header in the index.html file and place the new image as probably an absolute image as the old image is attached to the header.

Needs to be replaced over the old image and work in crossbrowsers.
