I need a site wide design for my domain host-review(dot)com

Pages needed are: a home page, review page for each of the 10 hosts, news page, articles page and a blog. Each page also needs a black header that spans the entire length of the page. Logo will be sent to the winning designer.

    You need to be:
    • An expert page designer and coder
    • Have good english communication
    • Be able to submit a draft with each of the layouts below before I agree to work with you
**** NO COOKIE CUTTER DESIGNS - Site must be original ****

    1. Landing page will include:
A chart layout comparing 10 different hosts with the categories:
    • Rank
    • Company Name
    • Hosting Features
    • Price
    • Customer Reviews
The home page also needs to include article teasers from the articles page below, as well as the most recent blog post.
Example can be found at the website below
    http://www.alreadyhosting.com/
    Code (markup):

    2. Company review landing pages - 10 total
Page in this category will need to contain the following features
    • Brief description with small screenshot of home page
    • Editor review
    • Customer reviews
*you will not need to write descriptions or reviews in this area, just design the layout

Example can be found at the link below

    Code (markup):

    3. News page
This page should flow with the rest of the site, and would be used mainly to add SEO content to the site. Ideally, I would be able to pick an RSS feed to populate this area. I am open to suggestions, though.

    4. Articles section
Articles section would offer me the chance to write unique articles pertaining to webmasters. This section would need to have a somewhat easy interface, so I would be able to write new articles and have them indexed automatically. The following site is an example of what I want the users to see.
    http://webhostinggeeks.com/articles/
    Code (markup):

    5. Blog section
Similar to the articles section, this would need to be easy to submit daily blog postings to. They don't nessisarially need to be indexed into a listing, like the articles.. They can just be 5 to a page and have the most recent at the top.
    Example,
    http://webhostinggeeks.com/blog/
    Code (markup):
